Due to the wide range of products and customizations, the price of each item varies; we don't have a single price. However, we offer price matching and try not to be beat of price. So if we quote you higher than others, show the invoice, and almost like magic, we will change the quote if we can. If we can't beat the price, then it's because the quality difference between the competitor and ours isn't the same. We try to ensure that our high-quality, premium gear is priced as fairly and as low as possible.

Once we receive your request, we will start your free design and send you a design within 3 business days. It is 100% free, and I repeat: 100% free.

Also, there is no charge for player's names or logo customization. Allowing your team's design to be custom and your players' gear to be personalized.

We don't have any hidden fees. You'll receieve an invoice with your due amount, taxes, and shipping. On order with more than 30 pieces within it shipping is free.

For any design, the minimum order is 4 items for the first order. Then you can buy one at a time as needed. We believe we shouldn't limit your order, so we try to keep the minimum as low as possible.

Our gear has a 3-4 week lead time. We typically run at a 20-business-day production time. As soon as the design is finalized, we receive player information and payment, and the clock starts. Notice that payment may take 3 business days to be received. After production is complete, it will be priority mailed to the desired address, typically arriving within 3 business days.

If desired, ask our team about rushing an order or double-rushing an order. Note that these options will increase production time, but can't speed up shipping. Also, for rush or double-rush orders, there will be a charge to expedite production. When you ask us about it, we will give you the amount for your order, as some items cost more to rush than others.

We have curated fabrics that are specifically picked for the piece of gear and sport it will be used for. All fabrics give optimal moister wicking and place no restrictions on the players wearing them.

When you place an order we will send you the size guide for that specific piece of gear. Its important to note that as everything is custom to order sizing isn't standard and follows our size guide rather than traditional sizing schemes.

Our sublimated apparel last years of wear, which saves your customers money over time. They will simply need to place fill-in orders with you as they add players or as players grow. When cared for properly, the colors never fade, crack or peel.

WE RECOMMEND THE FOLLOWING CLEANING AND STORING PROCEDURES:

• Garments should be washed separately before initial use.
• For best results and maximum wear, uniforms should be laundered immediately after each game.
• Garments that cannot be cleaned promptly after wearing should be hung individually on rust proof hangers or hooks. Perspiration fading may occur if wet garments are left in a pile.
• Do not wash white and colored garments together.
• Wash all garments in cold water.
• The water level in the washing machine should be kept high to hold down mechanical action. Only when uniforms are extremely soiled should the water level be lowered to increase mechanical action.
• Avoid overloading the machine as this causes shrinkage and impedes the cleaning process.
• Use an antistatic agent, especially on garments to be tumble dried, to minimize lint attraction and spark discharge.
• Never use a chlorine bleach on any garments as it fades colors and weakens some materials.
• For best results, garments should be hung to drip-dry but sublimated gear can be put in dryer.
• When tumble drying, use the lowest temperature or “air” setting.
• Remove garments promptly from dryer.
• Do not dry clean your uniforms.
• Garments should be completely dry before storing.
• Store uniforms in a cool, dry area protected from sunlight and fluorescent light. This will prevent mildew and yellowing.
